Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure freshness upon delivery.
Order cutoff time
Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is calculated based on USPS rates for all orders shipping to the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders will ship via the best method (USPS or UPS). Average transit times are 2-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
